NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This company values efficiency, problem-solving, and growth. Candidates who have previously worked there have stayed for over four years, indicating a positive environment.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, APIs, and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong English skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and experience
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Discuss feedback and meet wider team members
