Bizzdesign is seeking an experienced DevOps Team Leader based in Paris to drive modernization and automation of a Legacy Cloud application. You will lead the DevOps team, implement robust CI/CD pipelines, and oversee Azure resources while coordinating with Cloud architects.

Fluent in French and English, you will mentor engineers, optimize performance, and ensure security and cost efficiency in a globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Around 5 years of experience in a senior DevOps or cloud role.
• Fluent in English and French in an international environment.
• Experience guiding a team without formal line management and coordinating engineers.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), and monitoring tools.
• Experience modernising or supporting legacy cloud applications.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.

• Lead and coordinate DevOps activities across multi-country teams.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation to accelerate delivery.

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and log management.
• Collaborate with Cloud architects on technical decisions.
