Aquantic is seeking a Lead DevOps / Cloud Architect to drive the global infrastructure modernization in France. You will design a target architecture on Alibaba Cloud, implement automation with Terraform and Helm, and ensure high availability across cross-border networks.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on leadership in cloud architecture, Kubernetes and managed services, plus the ability to scope, estimate, and deliver within a 12-month window.

Qualifications

• Proven and mandatory track record on a Chinese cloud provider (ideally Alibaba Cloud).
• We are looking for a profile with at least 5 years of experience as a Lead DevOps or Cloud Architect who has participated in scoping and estimation phases.

Responsabilités

• Scoping and Estimation: conduct the technical feasibility study, define the target architecture, and present the detailed estimation to the CIO.
• Architecture Build: design and build the infrastructure on a Chinese cloud provider (Alibaba Cloud), focusing on managed services.
• Automation & Deployment: replicate the existing automation mechanisms on GCP using Terraform and deploy the new clusters via Helm.
• Friction Point Resolution: design network architectures (SD-WAN, cross-border connectivity) to maintain API connectivity with Google, manage authentication interoperability (Google Identity), and define security policies (Cloud Armor).
