Airbus Helicopters is seeking an Infrastructure & Application Manager (RIA/ROA) - DevOps/SRE oriented, or an IT Operational Specialist, to join the Support & Services and Manufacturing Services PSL within the PLM department based in Marignane, France.

As part of the Support Engineering team, you will organize project management for Agile and Product Manager teams to ensure delivery within the S&S scope, oversee operations, provisioning, ITIL based automation, and ongoing improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations and DevOps/SRE practices.
• Familiarity with container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• Experience with ITIL-based processes and automation (Ansible).

Responsabilités

• Maintain MCO of infrastructure and monitor SLAs.
• Provision software, CI/CD, and deployments on OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Implement ITIL processes via automation (Ansible).
• Provide level 3 support for web technologies and improve reliability.
• Optimize IT and cloud budgets (FinOps) and resource sizing.
• Drive continuous improvement with the IT Product Manager.
