NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is highly regarded for their efficient work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and they have ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked with this client have expressed positive experiences, with many staying for over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to work effectively in this language
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with the Engineering Manager/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Discuss feedback and meet other team members
