NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This is a great opportunity to join a company that values efficiency and growth. Candidates who have previously worked there have stayed for over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, APIs, and a modern Rails app, with PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

You?:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Receive feedback and meet wider team members
