SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER · AI STARTUP

After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Supérieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to solve labor market and employment challenges at scale using the latest AI innovations. We developed proprietary AI and workflow technology that unifies HR data silos, identifies the right candidates for the right jobs without bias, and automates processes.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at HrFlow, you will work closely with Software Engineering, AI, and Product teams to automate workflows, scale cloud infrastructure, and monitor systems to ensure high availability. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a platform that enables efficient and secure code deployment.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles.

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
