We're hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer to join an international project supporting OutSystems platform adoption and DevOps transformation for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities :

Define and improve DevOps practices for OutSystems implementation projects.

Assess existing DevOps pipelines, identify improvement opportunities, and guide customers with tailored recommendations.

Support implementation of automated testing and continuous integration / deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define deployment strategies and ensure platform reliability.

Evangelize best practices, provide mentorship, and contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing.

Serve as a technical advisor for platform optimization, integrations, and performance tuning.

Actively influence product development by routing feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Ensure high-quality documentation and project transparency across your workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience :

3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles.

Proven expertise in CI / CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.

Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell (Windows focus).

Hands-on experience with application servers (IIS mandatory) and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL).

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, New Relic).

Solid foundation in Windows system administration (Linux is a plus).

Very communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have :

Experience working with OutSystems or other low-code platforms.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V).

Understanding of network protocols, security, and authentication frameworks (OAuth, SAML, OpenID).
