We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in developing cloud-enabled products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on expertise with AWS cloud solutions, particularly in serverless architectures, and possess a strong understanding of microservice architectures and clean code principles.

Main Responsibilities

The DevOps Consultant will oversee and optimize our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
• Implement and manage AWS cloud services, including Lambdas, EC2, and S3.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Ensure efficient source code versioning with Bitbucket or GIT.
• Work with containers, particularly Docker, to streamline application deployments.
• Design and optimize pipeline workflows for superior performance.
• Collaborate in API design and implementation while adhering to security best practices.
• Support the DevOps model by maintaining code quality and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Good knowledge of Terraform (IaC).
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines, specifically Jenkins.
• Experience working with containers, especially Docker.
• 1+ years of experience in Node.js with a focus on Typescript.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Good understanding of microservice architecture.
• Strong advocate of clean code principles.
• Knowledge of security standards and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge on design and implementation of both relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with industry standard system integration techniques and protocols.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
