Job Description:

We are seeking a Full Stack Java Web Developer (H/F) for a permanent position near Bordeaux for our subsidiary Septeo HR.

What we can achieve together:

You will join the R&D team organized in feature teams, responsible for developing and maintaining our document dematerialization solutions (digital vault, electronic signature, etc.).

Your missions include:

• Developing and maintaining solutions according to regulatory and strategic evolutions,
• Developing APIs (Rest, HATEOAS, Spring MVC, JPA, Redis, Active MQ),
• Contributing to documentation (guides, processes, tickets, spikes),
• Ensuring code quality and best practices (TDD, Clean Architecture, merge requests),
• Participating in agile team rituals (daily meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement),
• Engaging in cross-team projects.

The tech stack includes:

• Client: Angular, Struts2, jQuery
• Backend: Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL Server
• Tools: Jira, Gitlab, SonarQube, Docker

Qualifications:

Are you the right fit?

With a higher education in IT and some experience in Java/Spring software development, especially web technologies, you are passionate about development.

You have good interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team on technical topics, and are analytical when facing challenges.

You are organized and customer-oriented, curious about current development trends, and eager to improve your code quality and performance.
