What you'll do & Who you are

Job Description

Your role will be to contribute to the improvement of our used vehicle sales software solution. As a Developer within the Sales & Customer squad of the Mobility Software crew, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and evolving the platform as well as its integration into its ecosystem (financiers, guarantors, bidders, CRM).

  1. Implementation of new features: be involved in technical and architectural choices, proposing best practices for front-end development
  2. Quality control and deployment: perform tests (e.g., unit, integration...) to verify the stability and performance of the application and make necessary corrections before delivery
  3. Maintenance assurance: identify underlying causes of reported malfunctions and propose sustainable solutions to maintain a robust and reliable platform
  4. Frontend expertise: drive continuous improvement of architecture and best practices and support the team in enhancing frontend skills. This is a permanent contract position.

Hybrid work with 3 days of remote work and 2 days on-site per week.

Required Profile

We are currently looking for an experienced developer, autonomous on end-to-end features, but above all capable of helping the team reach a new level in frontend development. Expected skills include for hard skills:

  1. Frontend: solid experience (at least 5 years) with React
  2. Architectural pattern: initial application of Micro Frontend principles with Module Federation is desired
  3. Language: significant use (at least 2 years) of Typescript is a real asset
  4. CSS Framework: regular practice (at least 1 year) with Tailwind is a plus
  5. Front-end Testing: quality and automation culture (e.g., Cypress)
  6. CI / CD: mastery of the entire software development cycle (e.g., Github) - Backend: proficiency in Java language and Spring Boot framework

And for soft skills:

  1. Autonomy and initiative
  2. Organization and prioritization
  3. Product culture: understanding of product and tech challenges and iterative development
  4. Technical Excellence: code quality, optimization, scalability, and best practices
