YOUR ROLE

As the Cloud Practice Head at CEVA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our cloud strategy, ensuring strong alignment with our business lines and product offerings. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and operating our cloud platform, as well as developing the operating model to drive cloud adoption across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to lead our cloud transformation journey.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with CEVA's business goals.
• Design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions for various business units.
• Lead the build and operation of the cloud platform, ensuring high availability and security.
• Create and implement an effective cloud operating model.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support and enhance business objectives.
• Promote cloud adoption through best practices, training, and support.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies, seeking continuous innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of cloud engineers and architects.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud strategy, architecture, and operations.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cloud-native architectures, and DevOps.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends.
