Job summary

Gladia is seeking a Developer Relations Manager to shape our public face for developers building voice products. You will drive adoption, craft demos and tutorials, and engage a growing community across the US market. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to turn feedback into actionable improvements.

You’ll represent Gladia at conferences, build lasting relationships, and design scalable DevRel programs, with a strong focus on outcomes such as adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in developer relations or advocacy for an API or infrastructure product.
• Ability to build demos and sample apps and talk credibly with engineers.
• Excellent public speaker and writer across formats.
• Experience building technical communities online and in person.
• Autonomous, tactful, and able to handle sensitive community situations.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own developer engagement end-to-end: understand needs, reduce friction, help build with Gladia.
• Create high-impact technical content: tutorials, demos, sample apps, blogs, videos, talks, docs.
• Represent Gladia at conferences, meetups, hackathons, events, and online communities.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, partners, and community leaders.
• Channel developer feedback into product, engineering, and marketing.
• Design and run scalable DevRel programs: events, ambassadors, partnerships, and channels.
• Define and monitor DevRel metrics: adoption, activation, retention, community health.
• Improve developer experience from first API call to production.
