Contract: 1-year apprenticeship - Software Development

Within the Performance and Service team, you will actively participate in the evolution and modernization of our software stack. You will contribute to improving the performance, resilience, and maintainability of our software platforms used for real-time processing, analysis, and management of financial data. These systems are critical for trading activities, risk management, and valuation, while also supporting the migration to more modern technologies.

Main Missions:

  1. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and improve the response times, memory consumption, and database access in a demanding real-time environment.
  2. Resilience and Robustness: Contribute to enhancing fault tolerance and reliability of software components.
  3. Software Modernization: Assist in redesigning existing modules for simplicity, maintainability, and alignment with current best practices.
  4. Technological Migration: Support the transition to new technical stacks (frameworks, libraries, build tools, etc.).
  5. Algorithm Development: Design and implement efficient and robust algorithms in C++ and/or C# tailored to financial market challenges (intensive calculations, low latency, etc.).

Required Skills:
