Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Destination Experiences, the Destination Product Manager specializes in luxury tourism product development, with strong knowledge of the Mediterranean and/or Caribbean regions. The role involves curating bespoke, sophisticated, and culturally immersive travel experiences for affluent travelers.

Missions:

  1. Design unique, high-end experiences on board and ashore, including private events.
  2. Lead bidding processes with DMC Worldwide.
  3. Negotiate and establish partnerships with local suppliers, ensuring a comprehensive and quality offering while optimizing P&L.
  4. Coordinate all stages from product design to invoicing, collaborating with sales, marketing, onboard teams, and service providers.
  5. Manage budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.
  6. Demonstrate creativity in offering memorable tourist experiences aligned with brand standards.
  7. Ensure service quality through customer feedback and corrective actions.
  8. Analyze regional tourism markets for trends, competition, and opportunities.
  9. Ensure proper data setup in reservation and onboard systems.
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of successful experience in luxury tourism or related sectors, managing demanding clientele.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of the cruise/tour operating sector.
  • Good geographical knowledge, especially of the Mediterranean or Caribbean regions.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Excel and financial analysis.

Professional Practices:

  • Analysis and synthesis skills.
  • Project management abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to change.
