Description du poste

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Department Head, your missions are as follows:

1. Ensure the design of all or part of the assigned projects (priority for PGR works).
2. Prepare the graphic documents that make up the project files (sketch, APD, PRO), consult with companies (DCE), and any additional studies during construction.
3. Manage declarations (DT, DICT) for each dedicated project.
4. Stay informed about normative and technical developments in the building sector.
5. Monitor certain orders necessary for studies (topographical plans, etc.).
6. Create landscape integration plans for urban planning files.

2. Pre-measurements and estimates:

1. Prepare preliminary estimates useful for estimating ongoing studies or projects in progress.

3. Consultations and meetings:

1. Actively participate in internal operational organization meetings for projects.
2. Participate in consultation and coordination meetings with other departments and divisions, especially during the needs assessment phase.
3. Attend consultation meetings with external partners (design offices, companies, suppliers, etc.).
4. Maintain close relations primarily with asset managers and occasionally with project managers and the EPE service.
5. Compile project plan files (general plans + details).
6. Update documents of the completed works file based on actuals.
7. Print and fold plans.
8. Organize, distribute, and update graphic documents of the heritage.
9. Produce and order plan prints.
10. Manage stocks and order supplies for plan printing tools specific to the service.

Required Experience

Profile: Could it be you?

1. You hold a BTS/DUT diploma in the building sector.
2. Experience in drawing with ATOCAD.
3. Ability to draw building plans for various projects, including development projects.
4. Knowledge of TCE building techniques.
5. Traditional drawing techniques (sketches, APD, DCE).
6. Driving license B is mandatory.
