Qualifications

• Diplôme en Design, Mécanique, Génie civil ou similaire.

Summary

We are currently looking for a Designer M/F to strengthen our team, based in Colombes (92). In this role you would be supporting the design of our fire suppression systems, performing hydraulic calculations, also participating in site surveys and communicating with our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Higher education suitable for the task (Design, Mechanical, Building Services, Civil or Electrical Engineering)
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit 3D design software
• Strong calculation and costing abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team, analytical skills and attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  

Although Not Necessary, It Would Be a Great Advantage

• Experience with HVAC, fire protection system/sprinkler design, involvement with plumbing/piping
• Knowledge/practical experience with Hydraulic systems or Electricity/Electrical products
• Working experience from a design office/design role
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create technical designs for our fire suppression systems in Autocad 2D/3D and Revit 3D
• Perform hydraulic calculations using our specific software
• Produce all documents relating to fire protection system projects, namely: risk and functional analysis, execution plans, technical sheets and manuals
• Creating list of components and materials required to execute the project
• Consulting with clients regarding project specifications and requests, carry out on-site surveys if needed
• Supporting colleagues working on the customer site during the project execution phase
