About The Role

We’re seeking a Brand Designer who can take our brand’s visual identity to new heights, leading design strategy and delivering standout creative solutions. Key Responsibilities

  1. Create impactful visual content: Develop a wide range of brand-aligned visual materials—presentations, website updates, QR codes, personalized product demos, print collateral, tradeshow graphics, social media assets, event visuals, ads, newsletters, and more. You’ll be the guardian of our Visual Identity, ensuring strict Brand Consistency, adhering to Brand Guidelines, and applying a User-Centric Design approach. You will be evaluated on your Technical Proficiency, Attention to Detail, Time Management, and ability to manage a broad Scope of projects effectively.
  2. Shape and elevate our brand: Play a key role in defining and maintaining the brand’s identity and reputation. You will contribute to the Brand Strategy, ensuring every output aligns with our strategic goals. By exercising your Creativity and Innovation, you’ll keep our brand fresh while maintaining its core essence. Your success will depend on strong Problem Solving skills and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of Brand Consistency and Visual Identity.
  3. Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research market trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices. Translate your findings into cutting-edge design strategies that keep us ahead of the market. In doing so, you’ll demonstrate Market Research proficiency, Continuous Learning, and Adaptability. By leveraging your Technical Proficiency and exploring new creative frontiers, you’ll deliver high-impact visual solutions that resonate with our audience.
  4. Foster collaboration and excellence: Partner closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, and more—providing both strategic and tactical support. Lead by example, show People Responsibilities by nurturing a positive team environment, and guide others with your knowledge. Your Collaboration, Communication Skills, and capacity to deliver constructive feedback will ensure smooth coordination across departments, while your Prioritization abilities will keep projects on track.

About You

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in similar or related role.
  2. You create layouts that inspire while meeting business objectives.
  3. Your imagination overflows with fresh, on-point graphic concepts.
  4. You have a sharp eye for detail and a keen visual sense.
  5. You’re autonomous, meticulous, and exceptionally organized.
  6. You thrive in a team setting, communicate clearly, and embrace cross-functional collaboration.
  7. You’re a master of Figma and the Adobe Suite.
  8. You’re fluent in French and in English.
  9. Bonus points for motion graphics, 3D, or photography skills.
  10. Available to start immediately.
