Location : Paris, Office based

Type : 2 month contract

Airswift is proud to be partnering with a major Engineering contractor in the energy sector to support the recruitment of an experienced Instrumentation Designer or Drafter. This position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact international projects with a focus on quality, coordination, and technical excellence.

Core Responsibilities :

1. Revise and update AutoCAD installation drawings for instrumentation systems.
2. Work from base documents provided (e.g., project presentation, HSE booklet).
3. Ensure all documentation meets technical, content, and presentation quality standards.
4. Follow project-specific procedures, quality assurance protocols, and timelines set by the client.

Required Skills & Competencies :

1. Proficient in AutoCAD (especially for industrial / instrumentation drawings).
2. Strong knowledge of bulk instrumentation elements : cables, cable trays, hook-ups, etc.
3. Familiarity with applicable codes : API, IEC, etc.
4. Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
5. Attention to detail in documentation layout and information clarity.
6. Able to follow established procedures and project standards.
