NEXTON is recruiting a Design System Manager (H/F) on a permanent contract in Paris. You will join the Design & Digital Experience Directorate for a client in the insurance sector and be responsible for the visual, functional and technical coherence of all interfaces by leading the strategy, governance and evolution of the Design System.

The role aims to create a common language between Product, Design and Tech teams to deliver consistent, accessible and performant user experiences.

Responsabilités

• Design, structure and maintain the component library, visual guidelines and interaction best practices; evolve the Design System based on product needs, user feedback and technological directions; ensure coherence, maintainability and quality of visual and functional elements across all interfaces; document and disseminate best practices for smooth adoption by all teams.
• Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Tech and Marketing teams to ensure homogeneous application of the Design System; run workshops, trainings and awareness sessions to reinforce buy-in and appropriation; act as Product Owner of the Design System by prioritizing evolutions, managing the backlog and coordinating internal contributions; serve as the central contact for design coherence within the Group.
• Supervise creation, maintenance and updates of reusable components; ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance across platforms (web, mobile, internal application); define and monitor success indicators such as adoption, coherence, team satisfaction and technical debt; implement quality control and governance processes and tools.
• Maintain active watch on UX/UI trends, design systems, accessibility and front-end technologies; experiment with new tools and methods to strengthen the value and durability of the Design System; promote DesignOps and collaborative design best practices to inspire internal teams.
