• 10+ ans d'expérience en design industriel, y compris une exposition internationale.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et à gérer plusieurs projets.
• Anglais courant et capacité à parler français.

Join our Team:

We are looking for a talented Design Manager to join our growing Design team at our Tefal site in Rumilly (Haute-Savoie).

As a Design Manager, you will ensure the consistency and quality of design and experience through products and be a key player in creating coherent, strong, world-class brands aligned with Groupe's strategy.

You will manage the creative direction of assigned projects by inspiring teams, guiding design and projects throughout the related scope of activity.

You will support design activities from concept ideation to product implementation, guiding the development of basic design ideas and concepts to complete design solutions. You will be responsible for tasks related to your design projects and a range of cross-functional and expert assignments.

You will contribute to various projects (Innovation, Time to Market, Design to Cost), covering all phases from exploration to finalization.

What we will achieve together:

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop consumer products from concept to production according to established design briefs, ensuring user experience quality and visual product consistency with Brand Design Guides.
• Conceptualize and visualize physical design solutions.
• Contribute to all creative project phases: exploration, ideation, concept development, design development & final follow-up.
• Create prototypes for research and internal review.
• Produce design deliverables such as 3D files, visuals, presentations, usage scenarios, and color proposals.
• Specify design intent for manufacturing by creating detailed specifications.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to innovate design solutions.
• Understand Groupe SEB’s brands and help define future product development strategies.
• Degree required in Industrial Design.
• 10+ years of industrial design experience, including international exposure.
• Expertise in 2D (Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D (Rhinoceros, Keyshot).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong team player.
• Sensitivity to sustainability & lifestyle trends.
• Holistic vision of projects and ability to connect different business units.
• Creative mindset.

Fluent in English & ability to speak French.
