Your mission
Within Water – Europe unit, we are looking for a Civil Work engineer for hydraulic infrastructures projects (dams, hydroelectric plants, water transfer structures)
Your Key Responsibilities
He/She will be involved in the different phases of the projects, from engineering to construction in relation with the services to TRACTEBEL customers, which includes:
- Preliminary studies, feasibility studies, basic or detail design;
- Contractual documents: drafting of tender documents, analysis of contractors' offers and assistance in Contractor selection;
- Supervision of construction: monitoring of planning, compliance with the contract from a technical, contractual and financial point of view;
- Acceptance of works: commissioning tests, lifting of reservations, certificate of good completion.
He/She will participate in missions relating to the technical aspects of the project, namely:
- Participation in technical assistance missions for the regulatory monitoring of dams (survey and monitoring);
- Participation in design studies for dams (stability analyses, design of hydraulic structures...);
- Supervision of the work of technicians and designers for the production of drawings, 3D models;
- Preparation of reports, drawings, and technical specifications;
- Participation in missions in France and abroad
Who You Are
Civil Work engineer in hydraulic structures with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Technical knowledge of hydraulic structures (dams and hydroelectric plants if possible).
Software proficiency: Microsoft Office, MS Project (recommended)
