Based in Grenoble (France), we have recently started operations at our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).

We are now focusing on building the world's most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is to achieve an initial annual production of 16 GWh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, powering approximately 300,000 electric vehicles annually.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and follow up with the team's validation objectives to reach product maturity.
• Conduct data analysis.
• Find solutions and provide recommendations based on test data.
• Communicate with and clarify customers' technical requirements.
• Develop test methods and best practices regarding testing.
• Interface with the test team.
• Develop internal standards and databases for outsourcing suppliers.
• Optimize test matrices.
• Coordinate testing demands with production and operations.

Main responsibility: Validation of safety, mechanical design, and product/process integration of our cells.

Prerequisites :

• Experience with validation or test planning (preferred but not essential).
• Strong sense of independence.
• Understanding of mechanical concepts.
