Landor is seeking a Design Director to join our Paris studio. You will set the creative vision for high-profile consumer brand projects, lead pitches, and collaborate with strategy, client services and production teams to develop breakthrough ideas across packaging, in-store, digital and wider consumer touchpoints.

You will bring significant design leadership experience with a portfolio across branding and packaging, ideally FMCG/CPG and drinks.

What you'll do

As Design Director, you'll set the creative vision for multiple high-profile consumer brand projects, bringing deep expertise in brand identity and packaging to create bold, award-winning and commercially effective work. You'll lead pitches, concept development and project delivery, collaborating with strategy, client services and production teams to develop breakthrough ideas across packaging, in-store, digital and wider consumer touchpoints.

As a trusted partner, you'll present ideas with authority, build long-term relationships, mentor and inspire designers, and ensure every piece of work meets Landor's creative standards and aligns with the client's brand, market and business objectives.

What you'll need

You'll bring significant design leadership experience within a brand or design agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing world-class consumer branding and packaging, ideally across FMCG/CPG and drinks. You'll be skilled at turning strategic thinking into exceptional design, combining bold conceptual ideas, outstanding craft and compelling storytelling.

Confident managing stakeholders at every level, you'll bring strong business acumen, a passion for creative excellence and a deep understanding of consumer, cultural and design trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro and emerging AI tools is essential.
