Une entreprise de design dynamique recherche un Design Director pour transformer les attentes des clients à travers un management exemplaire dans tous les aspects du design. En supervisant la qualité des projets et en cultivant une culture de travail curieuse, le candidat idéal aura au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de design, et possédera de solides compétences en leadership et en communication. Des solides compétences en langage sont requises, avec une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
TheDesignDirector will transform expectations.This is a multifaceted role that focuses on the areas of Design, strategic planning & support, with a primary focus of being accountable for Design Excellence in all aspects of a project. You will oversee the implementation of best practices across the team and must drive a passionately curious culture of work that transforms expectations for our clients, our peers and our communities.
