Philips is seeking a Software Design Assurance Quality Engineer in Paris, France, to embed quality and risk management across AI-enabled healthcare software development.

You will partner with software engineering teams from the earliest design stages to review requirements, drive risk management and ensure design-development and change-control processes are followed, with a Paris-based Cardiologs portfolio and global AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• An engineering or similar higher-education qualification in software-related fields.
• 2+ years in software development, software quality/design assurance or a regulated engineering environment.
• Strong AI understanding and technical skills to challenge development teams.
• Professional English level; French proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with software engineering teams from the earliest design stages to review requirements and drive risk management.
• Ensure design-development and change-control processes are followed across projects.
• Review design docs, test procedures, performance evidence, complaints and post-market information.
• Collaborate with engineering, regulatory and medical safety to identify gaps and drive corrective action.
