Philips in Paris is seeking a Software Design Assurance Quality Engineer to embed quality, risk management, and design controls throughout development of AI-enabled healthcare software.

You will partner with software teams from the earliest design stages, review requirements and documentation, and help drive corrective action across regulated software, post-market safety and AI-related risk.

Qualifications

• An engineering degree in software, CS, biomedical or quality engineering is required.
• 2+ years of experience in software development or regulated engineering.
• Strong AI understanding and ability to challenge development teams.
• Professional English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with software teams from the earliest design stages to review requirements and drive risk management.
• Ensure design-development and change-control processes are followed.
• Review design docs, test procedures, performance evidence, complaints and non-conformances.
• Drive corrective action in collaboration with regulatory and medical safety teams.
• Join an international quality team and build expertise in regulated software and AI-related risk.
