Qualifications

• Diplôme d'ingénieur ou formation technique.
• Expérience en systèmes électriques, mécaniques ou hydrauliques.
• Volonté de voyager jusqu'à 50% du temps.

As a Technical Support Expert, you will provide technical support and monitor the roll-out of the technical integration of product developments at dealers and importers. Your role is key in upholding our commitment to improving products and services in close collaboration with our clients. Your interpersonal skills and technical expertise will make you the interface between internal and external operational stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS

• Provide hotline support, conduct on-site diagnostics and upgrades, implement SMART Solutions, monitor field tests, and document feedback for service improvement.
• Advise and visit the service network across EMEA, handle CRM tickets, write procedures, support spare parts sales, oversee commissioning, and promote innovations.
• Evaluate and negotiate claims with Palfinger’s central service, make decisions on claims, and communicate outcomes to importers.
• Contribute to group-wide projects focused on enhancing service offerings and increasing spare parts sales.
• Support bodywork design studies and share industry best practices.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French, German would be an advantage.
• Engineering degree or technical background with multidisciplinary experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and mechatronic/automation systems.
• Knowledge of the truck and lifting equipment industry is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
