Job summary

Medpace, Inc. is seeking a Dermatologist - Medical Director to lead medical, scientific, and strategic aspects of clinical trials. The role includes oversight of study design, execution, and reporting, and acting as the internal medical expert for study reports and regulatory documents.

Travel up to 20%. This position offers hybrid work flexibility and requires an MD, board certification and licensure preferred, with prior clinical trial experience.

Qualifications

• Must have an MD degree or equivalent; board certification and licensure preferred.
• Prior clinical trial research experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical-related clinical research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical management and leadership for clinical trials.
• Contribute to study reports, regulatory documents, and manuscripts.
• Manage safety issues and collaborate with teams across trials.
• Engage in new business development through sponsor meetings.
• Coordinate with departments through all study phases, feasibility, design, and medical information.
• Lead adherence to research protocols and policies.
