Location: Paris (France) or Italy

MISSION

Your role includes:

1. Support to the CIO: Assist in daily IT operations and strategy implementation.
2. Project Management: Lead IT projects, including ERP transition, aligned with strategic goals.
3. System Security: Maintain information system security and data protection per standards and regulations.
4. Technological Innovation: Propose and deploy innovative tech solutions to enhance efficiency and growth.
5. Team Management: Supervise and develop the IT team, including 4 direct reports and additional team members across countries.

DESIRED PROFILE

1. Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT Project Management, or similar.
2. Experience: At least 10 years in a comparable role, ideally in a large international firm.
3. Technical Skills: Expertise in IT infrastructure, management systems, and security standards.
4. Languages: Fluent in English and French.
5. Personal Qualities: Strong communication, leadership, innovation, adaptability, agility, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
