Role information:

The Deployment Specialist - Tires as a Service (TaaS) will have the primary responsibility of rolling out a customer, ensuring all stakeholders within the installation and onboarding process are aligned. This role is the central contact person within France during the deployment of a new fleet. Based on the installation plan and capacity from the Goodyear Technician team, the incumbent will connect to the fleet to have the right vehicles available, and will ensure that the Service Providers in the market are supporting where needed. For new Service Providers, train the service level agreements (SLAs) for TaaS. With the high-level operational information received from Sales, the associate will get in touch with the local fleet responsible to get more data and fill in the details (such as vehicle availability, location information, contact persons, etc.). The individual drives for complete installations, ensuring that Service Providers have the fleet fully installed for specific hardware needs. The candidate can expect to travel to fleet locations, service providers, and customer meetings regularly (especially during initial ramp-up of new accounts).

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for onboarding new fleet accounts. Maintain day-to-day contact with multiple stakeholders in the fleet to ensure installation schedules are approved, vehicles are available, and Goodyear Technicians can access the sites. Collect detailed information needed for fleet onboarding.
  2. Ensure all Service Providers are available when needed. Support the Goodyear internal team and Goodyear Installation Network (GIN) team with installations, mainly focused on HALO and sensor installations. Provide feedback on planned versus actual installations. Contact Network Manager for support when Service Providers do not follow SLAs.
  3. When onboarding a new Service Provider, train them on the SLA and the concept of TaaS. Ensure Service Providers understand their roles and expectations during onboarding and after all vehicles are installed.
  4. Develop and learn from the field. Provide feedback to the Service Delivery and Operations Manager to further improve the deployment process of a fleet.
Experience required:
  1. 5 or more years of project management experience
  2. Experience training others
  3. Experience in the tire/fleet industry - nice to have
Skills:
  1. Excellent customer support and problem-solving skills
  2. Good understanding of tire management technologies (including capacity to learn new technologies)
  3. Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to deliver results
  4. Great communication skills with the ability to present to customers and the Service Network
  5. Extremely organized and able to manage extensive stakeholders within one project
  6. Anticipate travel at least 50% of the time throughout France, depending on the scope of the project
  7. Proficiency in French & English
