In our recruitment agency we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, where we have offices in strategic locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Munich & Zurich.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Department Manager to support our Store Director in driving the success of our store. This role involves overseeing merchandising, stock, sales, profitability, customer experience, and team management.

Our client is a renowned Italian luxury fashion house known for its exquisite craftsmanship, innovative designs, and exceptional quality and became synonymous with opulence and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the department's business.
  • Monitor performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Analyze business metrics and implement improvement plans.
  • Set and meet performance targets.
  • Stay informed about competitors and provide feedback.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships.
  • Ensure merchandise is well managed and displayed.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Align visual merchandising with company standards.
  • Coach and motivate the team to meet objectives.
  • Conduct and manage training sessions.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5 years of supervisory experience in fashion/luxury sales.
  • Fluent in French & English; additional language a plus.
  • Strong selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, confident, and professional.
  • Client-focused with strong business acumen.
  • Proficient in computer skills and retail management systems.
