We're seeking experienced and results-driven individuals in London who have experience in Account Management and Payments / FinTech to join our energetic sales team at Lightspeed Commerce. As an Account Manager, Capital, you will be responsible for managing a book of hospitality customers to support their growth and operations through our Financial services.

What you’ll be responsible for :

  • Providing high levels of service and using effective sales techniques to promote Lightspeed Capital to merchants;
  • Building trusted advisor relationships with customers and identifying Financial Service opportunities within your portfolio;
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to grow your book of business;
  • Achieving sales targets by offering exceptional advice and service, and collaborating with the Regional leader for Account Management to maximize opportunities within your territory.

What you’ll bring to the team :

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, with a track record of high performance;
  • A commitment to positivity and high performance culture;
  • Enjoyment of exceeding targets;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Professional poise and confidence when communicating with executives;
  • Valuing feedback and continuous improvement;
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation to succeed;
  • Fluency in French and English.

Even better if you have, but not necessary :

  • Experience in the hospitality industry;
  • Knowledge of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment;
  • Ability to use Salesforce.com and other tools to manage pipelines;
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships both internally and externally;

Experience in Banking and Financial Services is a plus.
