Dental Implementation Specialist

What You’ll Do :

• Ensure Customer Success : Collaborate with orthodontists and their teams to deliver smooth onboarding and mastery of Angel Align’s digital tools.
• Deliver Hands-On Support : Provide training, troubleshooting, and guidance to help customers seamlessly integrate our solutions into their daily workflows.
• Collaborate for Excellence : Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows, processes, and solutions tailored to customer needs.

Education

• Degree or certification as a Dental Technician, Hygienist, or Dentist, or relevant experience in the dental industry.

Experience

• 4+ years experience in the dental industry, preferably in orthodontics.
• Solid understanding of orthodontic practice dynamics and expertise in implementing new products and processes.
• Experience in adult education and training delivery.

Language Skills

• Native or advanced French speaker with a strong command of English.

Interpersonal Skills

• Strong presentation abilities, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
