Job Description
Organise and manage your kitchen section to ensure smooth, productive, and high-quality service.
Prepare and present menu items with consistency, creativity, and attention to cost and standards.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, while supporting team communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
Trade qualification with proven experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Strong kitchen management and teamwork skills, with the ability to coach and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for hospitality, with flexibility, integrity, and a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
