About the role:

The Demi Chef de Partie assists the Chef de Partie and may move between departments as needed. Responsibilities include preparing sauces, cold meats, vegetables, and assisting with pastry, cold, and hot preparations for lunch and dinner service.

What you will do:

  1. Carry out and ensure the preparation of your section under supervision.
  2. Set up your section.
  3. Manage production and storage.
  4. Comply with technical specifications and kitchen standards.

  • You must have the legal right to work in France and be fluent in French and English.
