Job Description:
Within the hotel kitchens and under the directives of Chef Yoric Tièche, you will ensure the setup, service, and cleaning of your section. Under the supervision of your station chef or a supervisor, you are capable of performing the usual tasks of a demi-chef de partie and can temporarily replace the chef de partie.
