Teleperformance Spain is looking for a creative, data-driven French Marketing Campaign Specialist in Barcelona.

What you will do :

In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help develop their first online advertising campaigns, potentially making a significant impact on their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.
  2. Detecting and understanding customer needs and objectives.
  3. Increasing spend, upselling, and ensuring sustainability.
  4. Handling a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.

Requirements :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and composing proposals.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goal ownership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment as a team player.
  • Native level of French.
  • High level of English proficiency.

  • Salary: 22,785 € gross/year + up to 2,734 € gross/year in bonuses.
