Teleperformance Spain is looking for a creative, data-driven French Marketing Campaign Specialist in Barcelona.
What you will do:
In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity to significantly impact their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC Campaigns
- Detect and understand the customer’s needs and objectives
- Be responsible for increasing spend, upselling, and sustainability
- Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)
- 1-2 years minimum experience in sales and/or online advertising
- Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and customer satisfaction targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals ownership
- A team player capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Native French speaker
- High level of English proficiency
Benefits:
- Full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday)
- Salary: €22,785 gross/year + up to €2,734 gross/year in bonuses
