Job Description:

Teleperformance Spain is looking for French Business Developer Representatives in Barcelona.

Purpose of the role:

As a Business Developer Representative, you will identify sales opportunities, profile prospective customers, discover their needs, and drive new business through outbound campaigns. You will help businesses work better, move fast, and innovate. You will be the first point of contact for businesses, engaging them to identify and qualify their needs and propose solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve quarterly SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas and maintain daily and weekly activity levels.
  2. Manage a portfolio to identify high potential prospects.
  3. Educate customers on offerings.
  4. Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, to decision-makers.
  5. Understand customer pain points, gather requirements, and match them with cloud solutions.
  6. Update and manage data in Salesforce CRM.
  7. Work towards team and individual KPIs like productivity and conversion rates.
  8. Document customer interactions thoroughly in Salesforce.
Requirements:
  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Native level of French.
  3. Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  4. Experience in outbound B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT.
  5. Understanding of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform.
  6. Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  7. Comfortable working with quotas in a phone-based environment.
  8. Basic IT skills for computer navigation.
Desirable:
  1. 1-year experience in IT outbound sales.
  2. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  3. Ability to identify key decision-makers.
  4. Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
  5. Knowledge of local market and business environment.
Benefits:
