Teleperformance Spain is looking for French Business Developer Representatives in Barcelona.

Purpose of the role :

As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

You will help businesses work better together, move fast, and innovate. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm while identifying and qualifying their needs to propose suitable solutions and guide them along the appropriate sales path.

You will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA. The role is phone-based, primarily involving outbound calls to customers.

Responsibilities :

  1. Achieve quarterly SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas and meet daily and weekly activity targets.
  2. Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
  3. Educate customers about our offerings.
  4. Execute outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, to decision-makers, building rapport and assessing needs.
  5. Understand prospects’ pain points, gather technical requirements, and match business needs with cloud solutions (solution-selling), creating value for the sales process.
  6. Update and maintain customer data in Salesforce.com, managing leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  7. Work towards team and individual KPIs like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline growth.
  8. Document customer interactions thoroughly in Salesforce to ensure clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native level of French.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in outbound B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT.
  • Understanding of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Ability to connect business needs with solutions, strong business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working against quotas in a phone-based environment.
  • Basic IT skills for efficient computer use.
  • At least 1 year of IT outbound sales prospecting experience, with strong sales skills and persuasion ability.
  • Experience with cold calling and managing large accounts and contacts.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and stakeholders in business conversations.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious.
  • Knowledge of the local market and business environment.

Additional details :

  • Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Salary: €22,785 gross/year + up to €2,734 gross/year in bonus.

  • Permanent contract.
