Teleperformance Spain is looking for French Business Developer Representatives in Barcelona.
Purpose of the role:
As a Business Developer Representative, you will identify sales opportunities, profile prospects, discover needs, and drive new business through outbound campaigns.
You will help businesses collaborate better, innovate, and grow. You will be the first contact for many businesses, engaging them to build enthusiasm, identify needs, and propose solutions.
You will work towards individual targets and contribute to team goals to expand our customer base across EMEA. The role involves primarily outbound calls in a phone-based environment.
Responsibilities:
● Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and meet activity targets
● Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify prospects
● Educate customers about offerings
● Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, engaging decision-makers, and assessing needs
● Understand pain points, gather requirements, and match solutions
● Update data in Salesforce.com CRM
● Meet KPIs related to productivity, conversion, and pipeline
● Document interactions thoroughly in Salesforce
Requirements:
● BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
● Native French speaker
● Fluent in English, both spoken and written
● Some experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in IT
● Knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform
● Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
● Comfortable working against quotas in a phone environment
● Basic IT skills
Desirable:
● 1 year in IT outbound sales
● Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
● Ability to identify key decision-makers
● Goal-oriented, proactive, confident
● Knowledge of local market
