Job Description:

1. Demand Planner: Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
2. This role interfaces with the S&OP level above and is part of the overall International S&OP team.
3. Coordinates with regional planning and works closely with innovation and international S&OP teams to ensure process consistency and optimal report usage, focusing on demand planning, supply planning, innovation, SLOBs, and portfolio management.
4. The position reports to the Senior S&OP Manager.
5. Collaborates with Supply Chain Fulfillment to align demand and supply within the S&OP framework.
6. Responsible for full horizon forecasts across all products, with ongoing sales monitoring.
7. Creates and updates forecast profiles for various brands and cleanses data.
8. Acts as backup for other Demand Planners.
9. Collaborates actively with key departments such as sales, marketing, customer service, and local and international supply chain teams.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, proven experience as a Demand Planner, strong analytical skills, familiarity with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, IBP), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI), and fluency in English and French.
