Job summary

aixigo AG is seeking a student intern to support governance and operational reporting tasks in a collaborative, flexible environment. You will assist with dashboards, reports, and meeting materials while ensuring data accuracy across sources.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program for at least a year, fluent in English, with strong Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, an interest in AI tools, and a proactive, detail-oriented work style.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor or master degree for at least one more year.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Interest in AI tools to boost productivity.
• Comfort with organizing multiple tasks and tracking details.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and follow-up of governance activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and meeting materials.
• Collect and consolidate data from different sources and maintain accurate records.
• Track action items, deadlines, and project progress; support follow-up of open topics.
• Contribute to governance documentation, procedures, controls, and related records.
• Assist in organizing meetings with agendas and minutes; coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support process monitoring and improvement initiatives; conduct research and analysis on delivery, operations, and governance topics.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and AI-based tools to support reporting, analysis and productivity.
