Position: Delivery Manager

We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Delivery Manager under a permanent contract. Your principal task is to organize with the customer the implementation of LuxTrust products and to transfer the project to the LuxTrust Customer Support team once implemented.

You will be part of the LuxTrust’s Professional Service department, collaborating with other Delivery Managers, the LuxTrust Product Owner, and internal support teams.

You will become a referent person for LuxTrust’s products and services, providing proper advice on client implementation requirements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing plans and deliverables based on the contract and customer’s willingness.
2. Finding new opportunities to develop the relationship between the client and LuxTrust (Farming).
3. Transforming business requirements into deployment/development tasks.
4. Collaborating closely with IT teams, sales, and other Delivery Managers to manage customer expectations.
5. Managing continuous improvement of services and validating proposed improvement plans.
6. Maintaining service delivery documentation (User manual, Confluence, etc.).

Qualifications / Diploma

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• General knowledge of IT services, support, and infrastructure.
• Tools: JIRA & Confluence, Microsoft Office, MS Project.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Knowledge of eIDAS regulation and Trusted Services is an asset.
• Knowledge of Delivery Methodology in the IT software industry is an asset.
• Client service mindset.
