Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery

Location: France / Homebased
Type: Full-Time | Senior Level

We’re seeking a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead successful digital project delivery across key accounts. This senior role is ideal for someone excelling at project leadership, team development, and client success.

You will be responsible for overseeing ecommerce project health, driving value-led outcomes, and managing profitability. Additionally, you will coach and support Project Managers, ensuring high standards, efficient delivery practices, and fostering a strong team culture.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Leading delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements
2. Building strong client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
3. Managing project risk, scope, financial performance, and forecasting
4. Coaching and developing project managers across multiple accounts
5. Driving continuous improvement across delivery standards and practices

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Solid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability)
• Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams
