As a Trusted Partner, we prioritize building long-lasting relationships with our international clients and stakeholders, based on trust and integrity. We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Delivery Manager under a permanent contract.
Your principal task is to organize with the customer the implementation of LuxTrust products in the context of the client and to transfer to the LuxTrust Customer Support team the project once this one is implemented.
You are part of LuxTrust’s Professional Service department, collaborating with other Delivery Managers, LuxTrust Product Owner, and internal support teams.
You become a LuxTrust’s products and services (all or specific products and services) referent person, allowing you to provide proper advice on the way to implement the requirements of our clients.
Based on the contract and the customer’s willingness, prepare the plan and the deliverables.
Contribute to finding new opportunities to develop the relation between the client and LuxTrust (Farming).
You transform the business requirements into deployment/development tasks.
You collaborate closely with the IT teams, sales, and other Delivery Managers to ensure proper management of all customer expectations.
You manage the continuous improvement of the services and validate the proposed improvement plans to enhance the LuxTrust Professional Services delivery methodology.
You maintain the services delivery documentation (User manual, Confluence, etc.).
