Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery

Location: France / homebased

Type: Full-Time | Senior Level

Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead the successful delivery of digital projects across key accounts. This senior role requires someone who excels at project leadership, team development, and client success.

You will oversee ecommerce project health, drive value-led outcomes, and manage profitability. Additionally, you will coach and support a team of Project Managers to ensure high standards, efficient delivery practices, and a strong team culture.

Responsibilities

1. Lead delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements
2. Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction
3. Manage project risk, scope, financial performance, and forecasting
4. Coach and develop project managers across multiple accounts
5. Drive continuous improvement across delivery standards and practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Solid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability)
• Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams
