About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Paris office, overseeing project delivery in the Oil & Gas sector. You will manage client relationships, define and deliver solutions, and promote continuous improvement within a team of designers, developers, and technologists.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and expectation management within budget and schedule
• Governance of delivery processes as per the chosen model
• Develop delivery plans with estimates on timelines, resources, and quality
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Contribute to pre-sales and client engagement efforts
• Assist in training and development activities
• Understand client needs, pain points, and culture to develop strategic roadmaps
• Represent EPAM at industry events and conferences
• Build expertise in data concerns related to renewables and energy transition

Requirements

• Experience in delivering large-scale projects
• At least 5 years in upstream oil and gas, including data management roles
• Skills in business process mapping and agile delivery approaches
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of industry data standards such as PPDM, Energistics, SEG, OSDU, IOGP
• Experience with E&P data integration and working with industry professionals
• Educational background in Data Management, Geology, Geophysics, Reservoir Management, Petroleum Engineering, MIS, or Computer Science
