What You Will Do

You will ensure a smooth experience for our partners during the implementation of our products and solutions, focusing on high-quality integrations. Collaborating closely with partners and Klarna’s product and engineering teams, you will deepen your knowledge of the e-commerce and payments industry, as well as the system and vendor landscape, becoming a key source of feedback on Klarna’s products.

As part of a Delivery/Implementation team, you will:

1. Support the management of multiple partners and projects concurrently.
2. Maintain integrations and troubleshoot issues, providing operational support as needed.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to define the overall solution and scope of partner integrations.
4. Drive development priorities aligned with solution design and scope.
5. Understand Klarna products’ architecture and design to facilitate successful integrations.
6. Ensure partner integrations meet or exceed Klarna quality standards.
7. Manage reported issues and coordinate their resolution.
8. Establish standards and best practices for partner integrations.
9. Provide internal training, documentation, and knowledge sharing on partner systems.
10. Communicate with distribution partners via messaging, phone, video calls, email, and on-site workshops or demos.
11. Use Klarna tools to coordinate across teams.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in software solutioning or system integration.
• A high achiever with a proven track record of building solutions and executing tasks with a structured and analytical approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or payment systems, including plugins.
• Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented.
